I’m looking for a dynamic, smart person who understands the importance of getting things done quickly and proactively.

My business is serving others and I’m looking for someone who is passionate about and understands the importance of being of service to others .

I’m looking for someone:

  • who is interested in a long term commitment to assist me manage my growing list of responsibilities so I can find the time to do more awesome things. You should be able to manage tasks as well as other people and outsourced teams.
  • who is self motivated and a person of integrity who is completely trustworthy, diligent and able to interpret what is needed and routinely aims to surpass expectations.
  • You need to have strong communication skills and be great at IT, preferably someone who has some knowledge and understanding of blogging, email marketing, event management, PR, SEO, copy writing and website management and can help me manage multiple social media and web platforms. A writing assignment would be part of the recruitment process.
  • You must be a highly organized person who pays great attention to detail.

It’s a flexible role and you’ll be starting off on a part-time basis.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone in the Leeds area although you’ll be able to work remotely and flexibly from home where possible.

Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Dairy Management 
and meeting confirmation
  • Email management including mail Screening & forwarding
  • Keeping CRM up to date
  • Updating wordpress websites
  • Managing email marketing using either mailchimp or infusionsoft.
  • Telephone calls,
  • Social media management (Blog, website management, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest & etc)
  • Project admin and support
  • Book keeping and Reporting (sage accounting, data entry, sales & marketing, research,etc)
  • Research
  • Gift buying (Cards, Flowers, Notes)
  • Editing & proofreading
  • Dictation,
  • Event Planning and management
  • Updating document & presentations
  • Customer service

What I really need is a Super Star right hand manager.
